Move configuration from rss.properties to database #16

Configuration stored in src/main/resources/rss.properties is cumbersome to use, you have to change it in file before deployment, can't change it in runtime without reloading app. Move this configuration to some new model (RssConfiguration) and change code in RssView.scala to use it.
