I set up U-Net on my institute's headless machine with Ubuntu 18.04. The server will be down soon for updating gateway servers, and all set up in every instance will be deleted.
So, I want to make a back-up of my environment. What can I do to preserve my U-Net set up on the instance? Should I just download the U-Net directory which I made in the home directory? Will U-Net work after I upload the downloaded U-Net directory, or will it be necessary to build U-Net again?
