Hi I am happy with the current docker Fiji UNet build. Currently I am trying to deploy to the department cluster for a more powerful GPU.
Docker is not available on any HPC device, as usual. I have converted the docker image using the Singularity command:
$ docker save lmb-unet-server > lmb-unet-server.tar $ singularity build lmb-unet-server.sif docker-archive://lmb-unet-server.tar $ singularity shell --nv --hostname lmbunet --network-args "portmap=2222:22/tcp" lmb-unet-server.sif
However the output image seems not function properly, build in caffe binary is not found, not to mention the ssh server is not available.
caffe
Is there any way to use this docker image in Singularity? Any help would be appreciated.
