DNS=127.0.0.1 这一行填的是自己电脑的DNS地址吗？我填自己的，发现访问国内飞速，但是chatGPT无法使用；如果填写1.1.1.1，可以用GPT，但是国内巨慢。而127.0.0.1是不是可以解决这两个问题？

通过修改计算机的首选dns和备用dns有没有用
