Which version of LM Studio?
LM Studio 0.3.9

Which operating system?
Linux

What is the bug?
While LM Studio is running, sometimes I cannot use Ctrl+W to close tabs in Firefox or other apps. Shutting down LM Studio instantly resolves the issue. Not sure how exactly to reproduce this.

Another workaround is to alt-tab back to LM studio and tap Ctrl key once. Yet, another tap does not reproduce the issue.
