Allow buyers to add bolt12 offers

This should be made on all places where the bot ask for an invoice (/setinvoice, bot ask buyers for invoice)

I was too fast, this issue have a big blocker, lnd has not implemented bolt12 yet, until they did it we have this issue on stand by.
