Garbage Shirt Scraps

I just recently bought a garbage tote and now Garbo always stops to ask me if I want to swap from shirt to champaign bottle and lose my scraps, is there a setting to auto confirm that in garbo or mafia somewhere without setting garbo to autoconfirming everything?
