版本：2.8.3 启动如果不挂代理无法启动
看了下控制台，是因为请求https://api.github.com/repositories/606329910/releases/latest超时，似乎robe会在启动时请求这了链接判断是否有新版本，导致启动失败，希望加入一个检查更新的命令，让离线状态也能正常使用
