Write Documentation on How to Display Maps in a JupyteNotebook

This issue is a follow up to #651 where additional documentation will be written that goes over how to actually display maps in the notebooks themselves. This can be a new section of Visualizing Data in GeoPySpark where we go over the basics of how to display a map from a TMS server in a Jupyter Notebook.
