Should it be part of druid a la 3.5E/Pathfinder, or Shifter class?
Should be possible to change into an animal form.

Should be available from the start of the game
Should no longer be possible to use items.
Equipment, except shield and armor, still applies
Spell should probably still be castable
Manacost? Makes non-shifting more viable if you don't have as many spells left.

+2 strength
+3 AC
+2 AB
1d6 + 1 damage
Low light vision, scent

Shapeshift II (Dire Wolf):

+4 strength
-2 dexterity
+6 AC
+7 AB
1d8 + 6 damage
Low light vision, scent

Shapeshift III (Dire Bear):

+4 strength
-2 dexterity
+11 AC
+7 AB
(1d6 + 7) x 2
Low light vision, scent

Shapeshift IV (Worg):

+4 strength
+15 AC
+7 AB
(1d6 + 7) x 2, 1d8 + 7 damage
Darkvision, scent

Shapeshift V (Aurumvorax):
