issue: it seems that deadeye is sometimes considered a standard shot and will trigger abilities like reposition
expected behavior: being a special shot, it should behave as one and not trigger abilities that looks for standard shots.
reproduction: simply use the deadeye ability on a flanked target should grant a movement action

looks like Deadeye was in an explicit config list of allowed abilities. Not sure where this is from, but can easily be changed.
