Upgrade package longitude-one/wkt-parser

I see you released a new version (v2) of longitude-one/wkt-parser. Is it planned to upgrade it on this package (longitude-one/doctrine-spatial)?

Step by step!

There are 3 new releases:

• v2.0.0 (minor upgrades)
• v2.1.0 (introduces deprecations)
• v3.0.0.RC (this release candidate is for the next development branch of doctrine-spatial)

All steps are described in issue #43.

I'm currently working on the wkb-parser. (There's a lot of work to be done on it!)

PHPUnit results indicate a significant amount of work due to changes between PHP 4 and 8.

$ docker exec wkb-parser vendor/bin/phpunit
ERRORS!
Tests: 1184, Assertions: 1902, Errors: 169, Failures: 7, Warnings: 2.
