Construct Sprocket wheels by distance?

Hi
First thanks a lot for this great workbench!

I'm trying to build a transport wheel for a super/normal 8 Film scanner and couldn't find a way to generate a wheel having the measurements of the film holes like outlined in this image

Is the a way to build a matching wheel with the fixed Sprocket distance and variable amount of sprockets and if so - what gear type should be used?
