Provide hyperlink to open event

Currently, if there is an ongoing event, the bot only tells the user that there is one without telling the user which message is the open one. This can cause confusion to the user especially in groups with high spam. It will be optimal if a hyperlink to that 'open event' message can be included in the warning message so the user can go back to the old event.
