Only activates on .com TLD

This extension only activates on the .com top-level domain name. This makes the extension useless to many people living outside of the United States because Pinterest often redirects to the country's TLD (.ca in my case).

I would suggest you update the manifest.json to solve this problem. It seems to be the main factor causing bad reviews for this extension.

I would like to fix it a bit since it's very buggy after some changes of Pinterest layout.
