🔖 Feature description

Hi,

Could you add the possibility to remove the service url from the notification ?

I would like some of my notifications on discord to be displayed without the ip of my servers being shown, but still have the information that its up or down.

✔️ Solution

By simply adding a button in the configuration of a notification, inside the dashboard, letting the user have the possibility to toggle on or off the ip/url in the notification of the service.

I am currently working on templates for notifications in #646, that would likely be the best option here, but it is blocked by some other stuff.
