Localization/Translator template

I'm not into code but it would be awesome to have template for translators on Github for their profiles.
Like just repositories and with different text like "Translations Contributed", plus it should detect browser language of viewer and show text in their language (even for base Github text, if possible).

Also, i know it would be hell'a ton of stuff but localization for each template would be super duper crazy!
