Communication: Expand clickable space for replying

As implemented in #9456, the reply option now appears as a small floating pop-up when you hover over a message. For small messages as e.g. one-liners this makes the area, where the pop-up appears quite small:

I'd love if the area can be expanded at least for the first of optinally consecutive messages, so the unused real estate can be minimized and the user doesn't have such a hard time aligning his mouse in the narrow space of a one-liner:

(Expand the area to entire message space)
