When you run explorer, it is possible to simply enter, for example "Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance" into the address field and hit enter, and explorer will take you to the control panel.

When running LiteStep, C:\Windows\System32\control.exe shows up in the address field instead.
