Using white pages as a corporate directory, I want this directory to be only available to corporate users, that is users having an LDAP account.
I currently protect acces through apache basic authentication based on said LDAP server but I think It could be interresting to have a config option to only allow access to white-pages for authenticated users.

I don't want for the moment to add authentication in the product. You can indeed use an Apache authentication or any SSO software. We use for example LemonLDAP::NG to restrict access to White Pages.
Having authentication in the product (or at least passed from apache or SSO to the product) could allow having the "Edit entry" button only on my card and not on all cards.
