A wrapper that allows easy Wikidata annotations (see issue #36) to hypothes.is

Selection of word prompts Wikidata search
Selection of term gets annotated as a common hypothes.is annotation.

There is a Hypothesis API, so it should be feasible: https://h.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/

As the interface needs to be good for being better than just using Hypothes.is, this will need an actual developer.
