Various dupe bugs with Liquid XP and Create's Item Drain

Using the Item drain from Create by hand, depositing one bottle o' enchanting performs the intended action of emptying the bottle and filling the drain. However, with two bottles in one slot, they will not be used up, and with larger quantities, the amount of bottles will be doubled when draining.

I'm getting different amounts of xp when throwing a bottle of xp at myself Vs placing it into a kibe fluid tank and receiving it via the shower head.

About 1 to 1.5 levels normally and 3 or so levels using the shower. (From level 0)
