Adding app/api access to Mastodon account and show if any new handles have appeared that aren't followed

Subject TL;DR. Would be a nice-to-have feature I think.

The idea boils down to also adding in app or API level access to your Mastodon account and compare the follows you already have against the handles that fedifinder finds on Twitter and have the option to show just new handles you don't already follow.

Right now I just go through about once a week and generate a new file and import as a matter of fact regardless of any new handles being added because there's no real easy way to check for this currently.
