This exists https://github.com/induna-crewneck/Reddit-Lemmy-Migrator/tree/main

But needs to be run locally at the moment. Could it be a feature of Fedifinder in the future?

That's a great idea.

I won't be able to integrate it directly as fedifinder runs on JS/Node, but coding a similar functionality should be possible. Though, I am not comfortable with people entering their login information in fedifinder. I will have to ask for API access.

I think that would be possible for Lemmy instances, the Kbin API is a WIP here: https://codeberg.org/Kbin/kbin-core/pulls/357

It looks like it will have Oauth https://codeberg.org/Kbin/kbin-core/pulls/357#issuecomment-982219
