HOC level bar

HOCs currently use a bar with small marks at levels 1, 20, 70, 100. This needs to be changed to match the level acquisition of chips. It seems like it is 1 for 2*, 20 for 3*, 40 for 4* and 60 for 5*. Also add a notch for levels 80 and 100 for good measure.
