Cannot scroll in settings window

I don't know if this is a plasma bug or whether the bug is specific to this plugin, but there is no way to scroll in the right side this lock screen settings window. The only way to access the settings buried in the bottom is to hide the warning.

I am using Plasma 6.1 in Arch Linux.

System Settings > Wallpaper is also affected, but Display settings one does scroll correctly, my guess is that something is missing there to enable the scrollbar.

Can you make a bug report against systemsettings product, components kcm_screenlocker and kcm_wallpaper https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=systemsettings and link them here? If you can't let me know and I will file them later.
