Volume control on windows jumps to 100 after connecting to pi #89

When playing audio from windows 10 to the raspberry pi, upon first connect with the pi and touching any of the volume up/down keys, volume level suddenly jumps to 100. I do not have this issue on my Android phone (Nokia 8.1), only on windows (Lenovo Ideapad 15-ISK).
