Fullscreen F11 issue / does not go fullscreen

Hi,

my own theme suddenly does not go really fullscreen on F11, but leave some view on the desktop, see screenshot. I have also attached the theme file. I cannot find out why this happens to some themes, but not to some others.

I have also observed, I have to tap F11 numerous times to leave fullscreen.

Last notice: if it's really fullscreen and shows a big empty background area, I would like to have a black background. But changing the background color is the same color affects the menus, where then I have black text on black background. I don't want to change the menu color though...
