engine tournaments stopped working #155

i had updated to the newest patch some days ago and it was working fine, however, a couple days ago i went to queue and the worker never makes the game happen. i see the worker file get created in the folder but nothing happens.

i tested it with a portable installation of 2.14, which tournaments worked on, until i updated it too

This problem is solved by adding the file to the installation. I don't know how this file could have been deleted. I am including it in the update I will try to publish this week.

I think there has been a bad installation at some point, which is causing this. But I don't know for sure, because I am not able to replicate the problem. Maybe a complete installation will solve the problem.

yea i took the exe from the newest release and ran that as an install, and tournaments worked there, when i updated my main version, that one gave this error

the current release with a separate install works. updating my old one from 2.14 to current breaks

Some update your program has not done correctly. I can't find a reason for that.
I just tried updating from 2.14a, and I can't replicate the error.
