How to use flo2Twixtor

Are there any instructions for how to use flo2Twixtor? I'd like to take a .flo file and output an image describing the flow that Twixtor understands, however I don't see any instructions for how to do this. Can you help me with this?

Also are there any pre-compiled binaries that could make this simpler for a Windows user like myself? I tried to see if I could get some of this to compile but it's been an endless stream of errors. I even looked to ChatGPT for help without luck! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
