Untriggered Logs

Hi.
I am unsure whether or not it is related to recent discord updates or discord add-ons, but there are messages not being triggered on discord app, web, and mobile.
I believe I have followed the steps. If needed, I am willing to give further information.

You can notice in https://github.com/lulu5239/view-loggers/tree/main?tab=readme-ov-file#usage that view-loggers doesn't trigger for every platforms/devices (when used on Discord). I currently don't think there is a better way that would work on all platforms.
