As census project manager, I want to be able to download all data from my project, so that I can use it when needed.
Self-service, instead of relying FinBIF admins like now
All data, including all project-specific data
Format that is reasonably easy to use and doesn't change dramatically over time
If a project has many forms and/or collections (e.g. waterbird census), data dump should include the main and all subcollections, and all forms.
Additional user stories
As FinBIF admin I want that adding new census projects is easy, not requiring lot of manual development work, so that I avoid errors and extra work.
As NAFI project admin, I want to analyze the latest data using Excel without needing to manually download it first, so that I save time.
This refers to the OLAP system made by Tapani for NAFI
Plan (spring 2020):
Web site where user logs in. Has permissions to dumps of certain collections. Can initialize a dump and later download the file(s).
Maybe: next to file download there can be a link that needs a person token (permanent person token) as a parameter that can be linked directly to Excel (comparable to current NAFI Excel interface).
Generic tool which allows project admins to download raw project data from Lajistore in Excel-friendly format
Places
Documents, with all document, gathering & unit-level info
Could be done together with #76
