Get delta X & Y, and center intersection of current interaction

I find having a deltaX & deltaY of the current interaction useful. Let me know if this is possible. Hammer.js has a decent example( deltaX, deltaY, center).

I can fork & write the method, do a PR. Just need some guidance — a general outline of what module you think should look like.
