Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Install JetBrains IDEA latest stable version
  2. 3 Projects, 3 IDEA instance and 3 window

Your issue is not clear to me. You have 3 windows and none is showing in AltTab? I need more details. Also please see the related tickets: #1288 #1249 etc
