sudo ./pyddos -d www.google.com -Synflood -T 5000 -t 10.0
sudo: ./pyddos: command not found

./pyddos -d www.google.com -Synflood -T 5000 -t 10.0
zsh: no such file or directory: ./pyddos

I in pyddos !!!!!

try sudo python3 pyddos.py {arguments here)

do 'chmod u+x pyddos.py' without the quotes. It will give run as executable permissions to the file.
