Cannot start the stream

I added enity to dashboard that supposuse to be live stream, but I'm only getting updated screenshot of camera stream.
In the console I can find such error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 524 ()

Hi, it doesn't look like stream url from hikvision device. This is valid stream:
rtsp://<username>:<password>@<IP address of device>:<RTSP port>/Streaming/channels/<channel number><stream number>
