Motivation

See #335 for more information about implementing rpc v0.8.0-rc0 in Madara.

Request

Implement starknet_subscribeEvents from rpc v0.8.0-rc0.

Note

From the specs: creates a WebSocket stream which will fire events for new Starknet events with applied filters.

Please remember to update the README section on supported RPC methods once this has been implemented!
