Motivation

See #335 for more information about implementing rpc v0.8.0-rc0 in Madara.

Request

Implement starknet_subscriptionReorg from rpc v0.8.0-rc0. This issue goes hand in hand with #202.

Note

From the specs: Notifies the subscriber of a reorganization of the chain.
