  1. Make cache directory [$ mkdir cache]
  2. Set permission to cache directory [$ chmod -R 777 cache]
  3. Set permission to log directory [$ chmod -R 777 log]
  4. Install bower [$ bower install]
  5. Install npm [$ npm install]
