It's great I can save the resulting HTML document in the same folder, but for a different project it would be very nice to save the HTML in different folders.
So I imagine I could enter a base path for the MD files and a base path for the resulting HTML file for every project.
For example, MD files are in {project base}/md/
and the resulting HTML files are in {project base}/html/docs/
So a file in /md/general/index.md would be saved as HTML in /html/docs/general/index.html.
Not sure if that is the best solution for everyone (I assume fixed paths would be useful as well sometimes).
