Add a comment count script compoent

You can add the Disqus comment count to any element in your page by following the instructions here. I suggest adding a component (e.g. DisqusCommentCountScript) that will simply output:

<script id="dsq-count-scr" src="//{{sub_domain}}.disqus.com/count.js" async></script>
