JAMKU PORTAL: Compliance and Notice Tracking software.
CA firms often face difficulty in tracking income tax notices received by clients. Firms who wish to be thorough in notice tracking, ask their team members to login into each client and visit notices section and create an excel tracker. With an increase in number of notices received by clients, this exercise of login into each client and updating the notices tracker (i.e. the Excel file) is becoming
time consuming. Further, preciseness of this methodology is improbable as it involves human data entry.

Introducing a tool which will automate this entire process. In just couple of minutes, the tool can create a Notices tracker for all the
clients. Recently launched in June 2022, ‘JAMKU PORTAL’ already has more than 500 offices using this tool to manage income
tax notices. All we need to do is import PAN and Password into the tool and it will login into all the clients and show the notices list.
Apart from notices, it also creates actionable reports like:

1. Returns which were classified as defective by income tax department and for which corrective return is not yet filed
2. Returns where refund is pending due to wrong bank details mentioned in the Client’s profile.
3. Returns pending for e-Verification
4. PAN not linked with Aadhaar
5. Expired/Soon to be expired Digital Signature
