Jamku Portal Usage Pattern June 2023

We launched "Jamku Portal" in June 2022. It has been 1 year since launch. It has reached some amazing heights. This post shares some insights from Google Analytics.

This post as part of our "Transparency Drive", where we (Madrecha Solutions Pvt Ltd, company behind Jamku) strive to provide transparency in all the works of our Products. Read previous post (August 2022)

User Demographics

In last 30 days, we have 5300+ Users from over 230+ cities from India. We have users in all 29 states of India. Yes even in J&K and 7 sisters.

Usage of feature

We use this report to gather insights on which page/feature is being used regularly. In just last 30 days, we had more than 8 Lacs page views in the Software. This clearly show the very high usage by users.

Technology used by Users

While we expect Jamku Portal software to be used on Desktop/Laptop, we have 22% usage on Mobile Device.
Hence, this year, we will be also focusing on improving the user experience on smaller devices.
Chrome, unsurprisingly is the most used browser.

App installs

As per back of envelope calculation , in last 30 days, the app was installed/re-installed about 17,500 times. This data co-relates with the user count and the overall software usage.

The below image shows download statistics for just JavaScript, CSS, HTML. The web app is about 6 MB.
Everytime when a new user visits https://portal.jamku.app or existing user "Updates" the web app, it downloads the app from our hosting server to the user's browser. i.e. about 6MB on each instance of install/reinstall.

Browser Extention Installs

Install statistics of the Jamku Portal Browser Extention on Chrome Web store. We also have extention on Edge, Firefox, Opera. Since most of the users use Chrome, the maximum dowloads are on Chrome Web Store.
