Name of Notice when downloaded

It is observed that when any notice or order is downloaded using the portal, it changes the original file name and replaces it with some random characters. This creates a problem to identify the notice/ order at a later date.

So, your feature request is to keep the same name of the file after download?

As you can see in this screenshot, the file name is correctly shown on the face of the software.
I agree, when I click on the file. It will download the file and it's name will be some random characters.
