Presets don't save

Selecting a preset and saving doesn't work. This defect is several years old. As long as I've used this extension, I always have to tinker with it to get it to work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Open Command Line's settings (Environment > Command Line)
2. Select a preset (i.e. Windows Terminal), then click OK.
3. Reopen the settings. Observe the change did not save.
