[] for marking data taken with selfRM running
[] and for selfRM to have meaningful FITS headers
[] selfRM should rename, put itself in the right directory, etc.

This should be doable at a basic level using existing code. The directory/renaming/FITS header population (of selfRM.fits) will required messing with the mfilt code.
