Adjust podman IP address range for exao1

podman is a vital component of MaggieO-X for speech synthesis. the private network prefix is stepping on the El Pino prefix, per L. Zumaran:

For exao1 external connectivity, you are using podman and your internal network is 10.88.0.0/16 which overlaps with el pino networks, not an issue for us but if you won't be able to access from el pino.

• adjust configuration in-place on exao1
• change setup scripts
• change docs if needed / add note about El Pino prefix?
