overwrite “alpine” image value

I need to overwrite “alpine” image here:

helm-charts/charts/mageai/templates/deployment.yaml

Lines 31 to 33 in f03d00f

is it possible to pass a different image default value using values.yaml?

context: our infrastructure runs in AWS EKS. Due to this, sometimes we hit docker pull rate limiting. Also, image pulls are faster if we host the image in ECR. so we would like to use https://gallery.ecr.aws/docker/library/alpine instead
