Can you add features with lore soulbound?

Ex: Item with this lore [Locked Items] (custom lore, color)
'&4[&cLocked items&4]
Some other lores

With the item with the above lore, there will be similar features to soulbound.
But Admin just add this lore and it will work automatically instead of player having to right click!
