Have a problem on pptp vpn server.

-c -a ppp0
-c -a ppp1
-a ppp0 -d 10000 -u 10000
-a ppp1 -d 10000 -u 10000

As a result, the upload speed 10000 is shared between clients ppp0 and ppp1
Why?
